Galaxy S
I have already visited the service center twice. During my first visit, the phone underwent a reset and software work. On my second visit, I was informed that the smartphone would need to be submitted for a two-week diagnostic period, which is not feasible for me due to my work commitments. These issues have been present since two weeks after the phone's purchase. I request a replacement of the faulty unit and will also be filing a complaint with the consumer forum.

You must file a complaint with the consumer forum. Before that, email Samsung about the complaint you're filing.

Two weeks means your phone is within the manufacturer's warranty period. Then why not?
