I recently updated my s7 to oreo after that update the heart rate sensor is not working. I also tested the heart rate sensor through Samsung members test hardware option it is showing heart rate status is normal but heart rate is not working
does anyone else is facing this problem?

same problem with my s8. My phone is of other country and samsung update changed the binary number which is causing problem and you cannot downgrade firmware.
visit samsung care and they replace your motherboard which will cost 18k to 22k.
samsung did not care there customers they make money by this way or you will be forced to upgrade.
