Go to call Settings>Click on Call Display While Using apps>Now Select Mini Pop Up

NOTE: THIS FEATURE WORKS WHEN YOU ARE USING ANY APPS..IF YOUR SCREEN IS OFF OR YOU ARE ON YOUR DEVICE HOMESCREEN THEN THIS FEATURE WILL NOT GONNA WORK..

chargeable service, earlier you need to provide govt. authority approved letter to the mobile operators along with paying 500 bugs monthly to get this service...where the receiver of call can only see private number or no number...not sure about the current process..
