Hi, I'm using s22 ultra from march 2022. after i update the software version to one UI7 2 days ago, there is a vertical green line popped up on screen today. when i contacted the customer support, they are saying that the free screen replacement is available only if the device is not older than 3 years. now my device is not eligible for this free replacement. the issue is not because of my actions. its because of software update that samsung has released. why should i pay? and what should i do to fix this? i tried phone restart and reset but nothing works.

Go to service center take a job sheet and then send a mail in ceo help desk of Samsung https://samsungdigitalservicecenter.com/mailquestiongeneralnew. They will definitely help you for sure

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply
