I'm using Samsung for 2 years, suddenly one day came Greenline issue, service centre said that they can't replace the screen without the intimation from Samsung.What can I do?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I am already spoke to customer care, without intimation from Samsung they can't solve this problem.

You update it regularly ? Are there scratches or deNts in the frame ?

In this greenline issue not my fault. I bought this S23 for around 70 thousand rupees, fault is in company 's side. I'm not rich,I bought this phone because of my ultimate desire. It is now over burden for me. I'm doing temple related work,it has no good salary. So you please consider me a special case, and replace the screen free of cost 🙏🙏
