Greenline issue on S21FE

After software upgradation on 6 july 2025, suddenly my Sumsung S21FE mobile developed a single greenline on its display. As per customer care direction I went to service centre . service centre assured me for a free screen replacement if my mobile hav not any physical damage. But they denied to take my mobile saying that part is not available neither they gave me a tentative date for this. It's a uncertain waiting period. Till now I am waiting for a call from service centre. Now total number of greenlines are 8 and and it's too difficult to see the screen.

See if there's any other service center nearby and call them, asking availability of the part.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to another service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

The white line issue on my S21 FE began after the May 30 update. This problem isn’t limited to the S21 FE—it affects many Samsung-supplied AMOLED screens, possibly from a defective batch also sold to other brands, including Apple. A service center representative first informed me of this.

If you face this issue, escalate it promptly via email and the customer care helpline. Always keep a receipt from an authorized service center as proof for any escalation and as evidence that you reported the problem.
