Hello All,

I just noticed a green line appear on my Galaxy S21 FE this morning out of nowhere. This seems to be a known issue affecting many users. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Samsung announces free replacement till 30th September 2025. Give a try. If satisfied accept it as a solution. Thanks.

Same thing happened with me a week ago just go to nearby Samsung service center they will take only service charges and repair your phone and give also the offer of green line is valid till December 2025

Is there any terms and conditions for free screen replacement like before it was only for one time replace, handset should be under 3years etc

They said the offer is only till august and yes handset should be under 3years.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
