Mine is upto date , I did every update before giving to replacement, but for upcoming I would prefer instead of updating as soon , wait for a week or so , and check if anyone is mentioning any issue then do. But if the issue had be happening the it will , for me it came even without update so 🤷

This is so unacceptable from a brand like ScAMSUNG
So many users are complaining about the battery and green/pink line issues but Samsung is doing nothing and they are too involved in OS updates as they've promised for 4 to 7 years of updates and forget other issues
It's like we will keep our promise we give you 7 years of OS updates but will not fix BUGS

All these issues are coming after updating to ONE UI 7

Maybe ScAMSUNG wants us to change our phones every 2-3 years

It is horrifying to read such reports about Samsung s23, s24 etc. At present i am using a Samsung handset and planning to upgrade but looking for other brands now.

It’s really disheartening to see how Samsung is treating its customers.

In March, after a software update, a pink line appeared on my S23’s display. I raised a complaint and visited the service centre. They inspected the phone and clearly stated there was no physical damage. But since my phone was just out of warranty, they said it couldn’t be replaced.

So, I filed a complaint in the consumer court. That’s when the story started changing:

First, they said there's a scratch.

When I called again, the reason changed to a dent.

Now they say there are multiple scratches and the phone “might have fallen,” which is absolutely false.

During the initial physical inspection, none of these damages were reported. And now, the camera quality has dropped, the phone heats up quickly, and three days ago, two more lines (pink and green) appeared on the screen.

Every time I follow up, I get a new excuse. I’m starting to feel like I don’t even know how I’ve used my own phone — Samsung seems to know better!

It’s clear they’re trying to avoid accountability. Are you also facing the same display issues after a software update? Let’s not stay silent. If more users are affected, we can file a collective complaint in consumer court and demand accountability.

Please comment below or DM if you've faced similar issues. Let's stand together
