Galaxy SSamsung can't say the actual reason, but
The battery bumb increases the size and touches the display screen with pressure.
In this case two hardware need to be replaced.
1) screen
2) battery.
So they charge higher.
Don't over use phone day time in summer to protect phone from battery bump
