Galaxy S4 days back I first got notification for May Patch Update ... I installed it. Immediately, after that I got notification for a big update 1 GB (Screen fixes + June Update). Got it installed at well. This morning, while I was watching YouTube ... the screen went OFF suddenly. The phone itself was on. I could hear getting notification sounds, calls ringing ... but no display on screen. After trying multiple attempts with key press combination, managed to get into SAFE MODE. While I was in SAFE MODE ... the screen started to work perfectly. Next, I tried factory reset ... the phone restarted fine, I went through the setup process ... but on final leg of the setup, the screen went off again. Since last 6 hours, tried everything to get into SAFE MODE again or Recovery mode ... but nothing working. I appears to me that the last 1 GB update is buggy & bricked my phone. Can anyone suggest me some tricks ? ... Before I take it to the service center ?
