You might need to get your display changed via a good third party service center(mobile repair shops). Tell them to use the 'service pack' for your set. That will give you best experience(if not nitpicking... else nothing will satisfy). Make sure you take one with at least 9months to 1year warranty.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We understand that this happened after software update and please believe that this is not the kind of experience we want our customers to have. Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps which may help in resolving this issue:

● Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Kindly power buttons on the device after by pressing power for 5-7 seconds.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● Reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,

Dear Moderator,

After doing everything what is the solution. Going to service centre, your help all is a waste of time.

You dont value your customers.

I know what your service center or helpline says

After inspection if there are no scratches your warrenty is expired and you need to pay full price of the display

Helpline will say you declined to pay us money for our mistake

Dear moderator

I do have 2 other devices which is running on one ui 5. No issues as of now.

Is there a way you can stop pushing updates on those devices.

Its very frustrating to see the update notification every day
