We understand that this happened after software update and please believe that this is not the kind of experience we want our customers to have. Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps which may help in resolving this issue:
● Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Kindly power buttons on the device after by pressing power for 5-7 seconds.

Galaxy SAfter doing everything what is the solution. Going to service centre, your help all is a waste of time.
You dont value your customers.
I know what your service center or helpline says
After inspection if there are no scratches your warrenty is expired and you need to pay full price of the display
Helpline will say you declined to pay us money for our mistake

Galaxy SI do have 2 other devices which is running on one ui 5. No issues as of now.
Is there a way you can stop pushing updates on those devices.
Its very frustrating to see the update notification every day
