From recent software update I got green line issues on my screen.

Yes, Samsung is replacing the display for free of cost if there is no even very minor dent and no water damage.

Unfortunately, my device got very minor dent.

So Samsung refused the free service and asked me to pay 16k for the display replacement.

Though incase if I pay the money for display replacement, Samsung CEO helpdesk is not ready to give the guarantee that the same issue won't come again, if it occurs again we need to keep on pay the money for it.

SO BETTER STOP BUYING SAMSUNG FLAGSHIP MOBILES.

It's completely a worst service and unethical behavior from Samsung.

I agree with your views. Because it's completely unethical to deny you a free replacement based on a minor dent when they are fully aware that the cause of the display issue is their manufacturing defect and update-related issues.

Fact is, even if we pay money for replacement, they are not giving the guarantee that same issue won't come again.

And if it comes again, we need to pay again.

Yeah that's the sadest part. I mean it's atrocious in itself to be forced to shell out 16k wihin 2 years of purchasing a flagship device. And then there is this uncertainty. The manufacturing quality definitely took a major hit during lockdown and after.

There is a glitch in the software. It happens with most of the Samsung phone models

Samsung is giving free replacement if u r cell pass all tests. Please go to the Samsung service centre. I did the same way.
