From March 15 i have struggled to contact samsung customer care ofter contact them they literally showed some guide lines for refusing replacement of display. From that day I decided that by showing my green line on display I stopped how wants buying samsung phones and showing their guide lines and my green line the process i have faced .successfully changed 3 members to change thier opinion on buying samsung to iPhone....i try my level best in my circle

So sad it's happening with so many users but it's just luck you see even iphone 14,15,16 series is getting dead after update.

Sir my Samsung s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost out of warranty Samsung service center and samsung customer support do nothing to help us open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try your luck
