I have faced green line issue after updating the software. When i visited service center he told me your device is older than 3 years while you are replacing display other phone for this green issue that means you are agreed that it is software fault so why older than 3 years phone are not allowed for the screen replacement.

Same thing happened with me in past for me they told my phone is older than 2 years so they didn't help me i have to pay for screen replacement.

Older than 3 years are eligible for replacement. Its completely wrong because this issue appears after software update.

I visited your service center regarding the green line issue and fastest battery drain issue.

He is only checked my phone and told that your device is older than 3 years so we can't help.

I am not able to pay extra money for this issue because both issue are facing after software update.

No such policy samsung tell different reason to avoid free replacement go for other mobile not samsung again
