Green line issue

After sale service of samsung is poor 

Today i took my s21 fe to service center for the green line issue they said costing for the repair is 12 to 13k . Approx half the amount i bought the phone . I will never buy any sumsung phone from now .

Why did they refuse free screen replacement?

Bro I've also faced the same problem but I got it replaced for ₹502 only. And yes it takes about 15-20 days.
I used my wife's phone.

That's bad, ask your friends if they have any spare phone. In my opinion if you're getting free screen replacement you must get it unless you're okay with the line on your display. Also as per samsung service centre this offer is only for phones less than 3 years old. So you should keep that in mind as well.

You should definitely go on twitter to post all the things, you have suffered, tag important people like samsung and dept of consumer affair, and big giant you tubers, who make Samsung’s promotion, then only they would answer, this you tubers never disclose the issues which customers face after sales service, because they get huge money for promoting Samsung’s product
