Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As you have already connected with our service team, they have guided you after inspecting the device. According to Samsung policies, please be informed that charges for repair are applicable. Please note the free-of-cost policy only available for screen replacement for the S22 Ultra for the Horizontal line near the front camera not for vertical green line.
We recommend that you kindly coordinate with the service team for any further assistance regarding this matter. They will ensure you receive original parts at a genuine cost, along with a service invoice.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Galaxy SI'm facing the same green vertical line issue on my S22 Ultra and have been in touch with Samsung service centre / mailed on issue to servicehead.in@samsung.com and also a mail from partner.samsung.com since 17th Dec 2024
There is a program still available and documented online even by Gadgets360.com and other prominent social media sites
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.gadgets360.com/mobiles/news/samsung-galaxy-s22-ultra-one-time-free-...
https://www.sammobile.com/news/samsung-galaxy-s21-fe-22-ultra-green-line-issue-free-screen-replaceme...
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.indiatvnews.com/amp/technology/news/samsung-delights-users-with-fre...
Where in, Samsung India has confirmed - The company will carry out the replacement of the OCTA (On-Cell Touch AMOLED) assembly along with free battery and kit replacements till 31st Dec 2024 mentioning the models covered
If there's a program still available why is Samsung trying to denie the replacement to the Samsung Users
It's very saddening and frustrating for those who have paid r a lakh with GST are struggling to find a solution to this
I seriously think Samsung India should look into this matter on a priority basis before they start loosing their customers trust
Regards
Stephen Fernandes
