S23 ultra and s23 serire are new preys of samsung customer care because of greenline isaues, currently samsung customer care have a free display replacement for only s21,s20,s22 series only but lol no free replacement for s23 series, because we spent more than 1.1lakhs for s23 (next generation of s20,21,22😅👌👌👌) . FUN FACT And the customer care person are the hunters we are the prey (s23 users). (Because policy is like that sir)customer care reply 😅😅😅
My S23 too has developed pink / green lines on the display. I have complained to support and also tagged in an X post, but I got the same response as you did. Samsung too should start providing life-time screen replacement for such issues. Else, all the goodwill the brand has will go down the drain.
