Green line issue after August update.

After I update my s22 ultra with 1st august security patch update, Suddenly green light started coming on screen. I went to service center they told it is not under warranty but my phone is just 1.8 months old. I called customer care they told me that color of side panel is faded so it is cosmetic issue and because of that your display can not be replaced they told me that they can only replace if mobile is 100% without any scratch or color fade issue. But in real if we use mobile it will get little scratched even with dust particle. Samsung has policy that they replace screen once with free of coast if issue happens because of update. They denied my request and tell me to pay 21k for display replacement. I am very disappointed with samsung services not expected such things from them. Worst experience.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I am genuinely asking why are you typing same replies to all these post.
You also know that this error reporting will be of no use to this innocent user. Company should take stand for their fault. I got my oneplus 8 display replacement because of green line. FYI device was freaking 4 year and 2 months old. Now this is what is called customer service. They didn't even asked for bill any physical damage non sense.
I admire oneplus in this regard.
My next phone will be oneplus for sure. For this level of piece of mind. They also give lifetime screen warranty.
And here samsung can't replace user screen for free because phone has gentle scuff on a frame🤣🤣, come on, nobody has got dent and then immediately got green line due to it. Its always the update or their quality issue with screen.
I have never seen anyone who dropped a phone and got greenline.
Scamming is on next level.
This will be my first and last Samsung flagship phone for sure. If i suffered this. I was always a samsung user J7 prime, A6 plus, M30s, Galaxy Note 2, S4, Grand 2 and last S22 Ultra. But this issue just doesn't make me buy flagship phone from such brand who doesn't care about the user.

Brother I must tell you this that my phone didnt had a single scratch and they denied my request, I got the line and they said they will check first of my phone was from the defective batch once that is cleared they will further check water damage signs if they found anything I will have to pay 22000, My phone had nothing to do with water has no sign of any sort of damage they are puting conditions so people will use phones with the display issue.
