Green line issue - S23 series joins the list for free screen replacement?

I am also facing green line issue in S23 Ultra since June 2025.
Samsung care samsung customer care has denied to replace at FOC.

I have got a patch at the corners and red dot at right end bottom corner , can I claim

No.. that seems like water seepage. You have to pay for it.

If that is a water seepage how can it only found at corners .Samsung s23 is IP68 rated water resistant then the IP certification is of no use ?

I went to service centre and given it for water test it passed and they have told me that it is not due to water damage is have attached the service centre job sheet
