DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS 
SO CALLED SAMSUNG FLAGSHIP 
I HAVE CONTACT SAMSUNG SUPPORT BUT NO RESPONSE THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY WE CAN'T HELP 
THEY ARE JUST MAKING FUN OF A MAN'S HARD EARNED MONEY 
LITERALLY. ' SHAME ON SAMSUNG '

Yes, in my case, it cost 2.5k, but they will provide a discount if ur device is eligible according to the decision taken by the concerned team........

Tweet on X by writing the problem & attach an image of your device screen by tagging SamsungIndia

Then they will ask u to DM your name, phone number, email.....and then they will contact you...

Then they will ask u to visit the service center for ur device inspection...

Note it if any physical or water damage found in ur device, then they won't provide a discount....
Also, they'll only help if the problem occurred due to software update
