Got green line in my S22 without any software update. It just randomly popped up while using and when contacted customer service I was informed that there is no free replacement for S22 series mobiles and have to be paid approx. Rs. 12000 for display replacement. 

Really disappointed with this response as this is not a user specific issue and is observed in many S22 series mobiles, Samsung has to take responsibility and provide free replacement like they did for S20 and S21 series mobiles as soon as possible

Guys chill this green line occurred with update if your device is in warranty then replace the display

Why should we chill ? They are deliberately sabotaging our flagship phones with software updates so that we are forced to buy new phones. If a flagship cant last more than 5 years then what is the point of getting a flagship. Never buying a samsung product again in my life. This their mess they will fix it. I am not paying a dime.

What about the others?. If they are giving os updates for 3 to 5 years they should also provide free replacement for green line issue.

Sorry I dont understand this. The only reason I was asked to pay for the replacement is because there is no replacement policy for S22 series. There was no other reason for it. And this issue is not different from S20 and S21 series issues where Samsung has provided free screen replacement. So why this discrimination between different series if the issue is same.

If there is no major physical damage, then Samsung should replace the display free of cost.

Kindly share how to use a Samsung device, and what are the various factors that you mentioned in the comment.
