Update : 8/10/24

After continuous communication and persistently raising the issue every day, I’m happy to share that Samsung has finally agreed to provide a free display replacement for my S22 Plus. Today, I received my phone back with a brand-new screen, and I only had to pay the labor charges (₹649), which I feel is fair enough.

I'm glad I stood by my concerns and followed the process through to the end. I hope this encourages others who are facing similar issues—stay persistent, don't give up, and fight for a fair solution. It’s worth it in the end!

Congo, bro. I also faced the deadly green line issue after updating my phone last month. After a lot of back and forth with the Samsung team, they finally gave me a free screen replacement. But I had to pay 649 as the labor cost. I hope everyone who is facing this issue gets their display replaced for free. Post on Twitter, email the CEO, and do whatever it takes to get it resolved.

Pink line turned yellow now....in my S22+......!!!

Contacted customer care, Technical head etc......
No positive response till now.....!
