My family members phone have developed green lines on Model S21 FE and S22. Its so disappointing to pay large sum of money and get cheap product.

Is the free screen replacement option available?

Visit the service center. Your issue will be resolved there. As far as I know, if your device has no water damage, scratches, dents, or any such issues, and if it has not been more than three years since you purchased the device, then your display will be replaced free of cost.

If you are satisfied with my suggestions, kindly click on the three dots at the top right side of this comment and mark it as a solution. Thank you.

Hi, Samsung has addressed my issue (Greenline issue on S22+) that I have escalated through email [email protected] using my jobcard. I have paid Rs. 2590 only for screen replacement. Rest of the amount has been discounted by Samsung. I am glad to inform you that please do the same and Samsung will help you too.

Just visit nearest Samsung Service center and create a jobcard/jobsheet using your defected mobile which costs below Rs. 300. And escalate the issue as mentioned above. Hope you will get a call from them. All the Best!
