Anyone facing Green Line issue on the S23 Ultra. It suddenly popped up today out of the blue. Any solution here, please?

No, my phone has no dents or anything of that sort. They have clicked photos of my phone and attached may be in the job sheet digitally. Also there is no mention of damage in the job sheet

Hey I recieved a free replacement for my screen with some labor charge to pay for around 650 Rs. I think if your issue is not resolved you can contact customer support via whatsapp and the ask them to eacalate your concern repeatedly. They'll escalate and you'll get a call from Head Office.

I also got the same issue today morning on my S23 ultra. After updating the phone temperatures were higher than usual, also high battery drain.
The service center asked for Rs. 18000 to replace display for which theres not my fault.
The Samsung should provide free one time screen replacement like provided to s20, s21 & s22 series.
