Contacted Samsung again. They declined free screen replacement and discounted replacement also. Is this why Samsung promoting new products. Use for 1 year and get a free line then buy next product. What the hell is this Samsung. I didn't expect such a thing from you guys.
Costing around 11.5k for screen replacement is like nuts. So bye guys. This will be my last post on this forum. I will be switching to some other phone in some months. Thankyou Samsung for your great cooperation and service.

Thank u Babita for this useful information.. this wil be really helpful for a lot facing the same issue due to samsung faulty software , which they dont agree.. i was very upset with my less than 2 year s22 having this line and facing vety bad service from SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE even after escalation. I have been told that these things come as it is an electronic device..have created job sheet also . Thanks once again Babitha

Please complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I have green line issue in my Samsung S22 Ultra. When I visited Samsung Care centre, they asked me about my original bill. It is almost 2 years and still they are asking about bill. I don't know why the bill is necessary for them. Pls help me
