How do I solve the green line issue on S21 ultra?
Service center here say "Sir your mobile is an international model, their policy doesnt apply here no matter it is a global company. If you buy mobile in india, then we can give you service. We cant give service for international mobiles". To solve the green line issue, I was asked ₹25,000.

They are right as oer the rules and regulation. You can do one thing. Tag Samsung India on twitter with all these proof and explain properly and wait for sometime they will ask you to share your contact info. In msg box also post everything on samsung member app report section after that they'll assign a person for your case and more chance that will replace free of cost that only the way.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Same issue with my Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus. Samsung Service refuse to change the display under free of cost. They continuously rejecting by tell any other reasons.
