Green Line Issue After OS Update on Samsung S22 - Request for Free Replacement

Dear Samsung Support,

I am writing to express my concern regarding a green line that has appeared on my Samsung Galaxy S22's display. I purchased the device two years ago, and this issue started appearing immediately after a recent OS update.I understand that this problem is not uncommon among other users, especially following software updates, and seems to be a hardware-related issue triggered by the update. Given that this is clearly not due to any misuse or physical damage, I believe it falls under warranty coverage.However, when I visited the Samsung service center, I was informed that I would need to pay ₹12,000 for a screen replacement, and no free replacement option was offered. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that Samsung reconsider this and provide a free screen replacement as this appears to be a defect that was not caused by any fault on my part.I look forward to your assistance in resolving this matter.

Same here bro update came on 22nd august and I got green line on 23rd august in morning when I connected charger to charge.

Today only I got this display issue, went to service center..they confirmed s22 mobile is not included in free replacement unlike s21 series so we should keep on pushing forward untill we get proper response from Samsung and this to be addressed to higher official level..let them know how are they became like one plus...hereafter don't buy any products from Samsung...its utter useless for spending 70k in premium phones better switch to iphone...

Today I updated security patch in my s20 + and after 12 hrs in the evening hours ,a green vertical line has appeared on the display.pl resolve the issue.

Thanks guys.....atleast ive stopped installing the latest update. Oneplus is better than samsung. They announced that greenline fix will be free of cost. Samsung is utter flop brand nowadays.

My Samsung Galaxy S22+ facing Display Green Line issue. This problem is second time. I paid for this first time but same issue 2nd time. That is not expect from Samsung. Very disappointed.

It's clearly a software update issue. Samsunh is providing free display replacement for S21series n S22 ultra, they should include s22 n s22+ as well. pls sent email to customer care and raise ur concern
