Green Line Appearing on Galaxy S23

Hi everyone,

I’m using a Galaxy S23 (purchased in October 2023), and recently I noticed a thin vertical green line appearing intermittently on my display. It doesn’t show up in screenshots, and I’ve confirmed it’s not app-specific.

What I’ve tried so far:

  • Restarted the phone (line disappeared briefly but came back)
  • Ran diagnostics (no issues found)
  • Took a screenshot — line not visible
I'm out of standard warranty now, but I’ve heard some users got free screen replacements under similar cases, even after warranty, due to known AMOLED defects.

Has anyone here faced the same issue with the S23?
Did Samsung cover it for you under warranty or offer any support?

Appreciate any advice or shared experiences.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Lot of Green line in s23 mobile my s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you may get positive reply first you must get job card from Samsung service center

I'm using S21fe after my recent update. I'm getting the green line in display.
Re started the mobile a couple of times, but it did not change.
