Grainy/Sandpaper looking display issue and Samsung ignoring this problem.

I got my S24 Ultra since launch, Upgraded from S23 Ultra. Its from the pre order batch and since then I have this issue. I thought it was a eye comfort feature but no. The display at night looks terrible. Like TERRIBLE. 

It looks like (from POV) its over the display and behind the glass so yeah changing resolution does nothing. (This is how it looks like*)

I've been using Samsung Galaxy S series since the Galaxy S5 lauched and I'm 100% sure even the S5' display would look better than the S24's.

This is a manufacturing defect.

Samsung, do something about this issue. I know I'm not the only one with this issue but I've seen posts on reddit and even on the community app but still Samsung hasn't responded.

I hope you do something about this issue asap.

I expect better from you.

That's the reason I purchased s23 ultra bro just waiting for s25 or s26 series to resolve this issue of vividlessness.

It's not downgrading bro actually samsung was creating a display to look really as natural as your surroundings as display won't look like display, just as window it's also a matter that samsung has removed curved panels so to provide users the comparison of their screens but, instead of immersive displays its gone a vividless hell, my uncle works at samsung research department in south Korea and suggested me to get S23 ultra and not to buy S24 series and wait for s25 or s26 if the problem resolves.

Brother, The iPhone has this feature too.

And Samsung manufactures their display then why don't they have the same grainy display issue?

iPhone have this feature since iPhone 8 and on samsung's display.

S24 has a manufacturing defect which Samsung won't admit to all the phones launched at the time and all of them have approached the consumer court.
