Why does s24 portrait 3x shots gets grainy when zoomed? (After taking the picture)
Any solution for this?

If you hold the phone vertically it is portrait mode like this

S24 employs Digital zoom and is at 12 MP. Digital zoom introduces artefacts and grains.This is normal. You can clean the lens with a soft tissue. Shooting in bright light minimises grain. Try PRO mode. Reduce ISO, shutter speed and increase aperture. This will reduce artefacts. Play with EV.
