Google play system update stuck at checking for updates

I think Google Play November System update is released for S21 FE SD but I have mine stuck at checking for updates since the morning. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps I found online like

1. Clearing and re-installing Google play store

2. Clearing and re-installing Google play services 

3. Restarting in safe mode and trying there. 

4. Keeping the device plugged in and trying then. 

5. Trying using both mobile network and wifi. 

Has anyone else experienced this? 

Any solution to this? 

Is this normal?

Clear cache file of google play store @ google play services you get the solution. I also stuck in my A52s 5G but above solution is useful
