After disabling Google app it gets enabled automatically  . It's been many months it has stayed  disable  but now somehow  it enables himself again. I had cleared data even then. I had factory restored my phone fir this purpose  only but it seems the problem occurs again and  again

Google app is linked with android version it goes with hand in hand with your phone software it's not about the search engine you see
