Not even samsung has a valid reason....but there are workarounds

There's no good reason, it's just not available in our region so a workaround would be to download Finelock from the Play Store then you can download the modules you want

Some time ago there was a guy who posted a link to a patched Good Lock. So I have the actual Good Lock installed.

I don't specifically have the URL anymore. But my Good Lock says "Patched by Corsicanu" so I Googled and got the following url: https://downloads.corsicanu.ro/GoodLock/
