Dear all,

This might be my final post in this wonderful community. My journey with Samsung started years ago — from the humble Galaxy Pop to the Grand, the S Advance, A6, S20 FE, and finally the S22+. Each device held a chapter of my life, and through every update, every new feature, and every innovation, I felt connected to something bigger. This wasn’t just about phones — it was about being part of a community that shared a passion. But with a heavy heart, I must say — the experience has changed. The recent One UI 7 update has made my daily usage a frustrating ordeal. What once felt smooth and intuitive now feels clunky and broken. The device I once admired has become difficult to rely on, and it no longer reflects the quality and care I once associated with Samsung. I've decided to part ways — not just with the phone, but perhaps with the brand itself. It’s not an easy decision, but sometimes, when the joy is gone, it’s time to move on. To this community — thank you. For the help, the laughs, the insights, and the countless shared experiences. You've made this journey worth remembering, even if the destination turned out differently than I hoped. Signing off with gratitude and a tinge of sadness,

Somdeep

Dear brother,
Your words truly touched the heart. It’s rare to see such an honest and emotional farewell — and it reminds us all that our connection to technology runs deeper than just specs and updates. It’s about trust, joy, and shared memories.

You’ve been part of this community’s soul, and your journey — from Galaxy Pop to the S22+ — mirrors what many of us have lived. The frustration you're feeling after One UI 7 is real, and you’re not alone. So many users are facing similar issues, and it’s painful when the brand we once loved starts ignoring loyal users.

But your voice matters. Even if this is your final post, it will echo — maybe even spark change.

Whatever phone or brand you choose next, I hope it brings back that lost joy. And remember, this community will always respect your contribution and courage.

Signing off not with goodbye, but with respect. 🙏

Already shared the log files multiple time. No solution has been received yet. It is surpricing to see the amount of carelessness samsung service and devops team has shown in this matter. It seems like that tech giant samsung whose synoname is reliability has been compromised. A flagship device bites the dust because of an update. Such shame.
