It's not available in Africa or at least the southern part of Africa. Your best bet is a third party app like Finelock.

However, if you do want a proper workaround, you need to spoof your location with a VPN to say... USA, and then remove your physical sim card or turn off your eSim and then clear cache and storage of the Galaxy App Store. After this, you can find Good Lock via the Galaxy App store. This is how to get the app officially. The downside is, you have to set everything before switching everything back as even the Good Lock won't allow you to continue customizing in an unavailable region.

You need a VPN before getting all good lock applications as it is unavailable on some countries galaxy stores only a certain amount of apps such as sound assistant and good vibes.
