According to my knowledge Goodlock is only available on high end Samsung phones like the S23 and stuff. What phone are you using?

I have the Galaxy A33 and I've tried looking but it's not there

Nope, Goodlock is not available in South Africa regardless of whether you use S23 or an entry level phone
