Yestarday night i noticed a weird glow around my front camera and it only looks brighter at very dim brightness or grey content and it is very much noticable at night. I just want to know whether it is normal or i should cancel samsung. I have attached the picture below.

You can see it clearly around the front camera. The glow or light emitting out from the camera.

That's an interesting observation!

The weird glow around your front camera, especially noticeable in low-light conditions or with grey content, might be due to a few possible explanations:

*Normal Phenomena*

1. *Light leakage*: This is a common issue where light from the screen leaks into the camera module, causing a glow or haze effect. This is more noticeable in low-light conditions.
2. *Camera lens reflection*: The front camera lens might be reflecting light from the screen, creating a glow effect. This can be more noticeable with grey or dim content.

*Potential Hardware or Software Issues*

1. *Camera module issue*: There might be a problem with the camera module itself, such as a faulty lens or sensor.
2. *Screen or display issue*: A problem with the screen or display, like a faulty backlight or pixel issue, could be causing the glow.
3. *Software glitch*: A software bug or glitch might be causing the camera to behave abnormally.

To better understand the issue, you can try:

1. *Checking for software updates*: Ensure your device is running the latest software.
2. *Cleaning the camera lens*: Dirt or debris on the camera lens might be contributing to the issue.
3. *Adjusting screen settings*: Try adjusting the screen brightness, contrast, or color temperature to see if it affects the glow.
4. *Using a third-party camera app*: Try using a different camera app to see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists and you're concerned about the glow, I recommend visiting a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.

It's glue gate issue. Initially it was not there in my s23, however, after few months I noticed this at night on grey screen at very low brightness. I will ask for screen replacement If it increases with time . Sharing a link with you where other users have also faced similar issue.
