My phone is misbehaving while i use my phone on charging. Touch is not working properly and ghost touch is happening. I am using s21 fe 888 variant. Anybody facing same issue?
If you have any older samsung device at home which comes with adapter in the box, check with them, may be they will be 15 watt adapters but with those adapters you will not face any ghost touch effects.
As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
● We recommend you to avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.
● Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.
● Check your charger: If your charger is damaged, it may not supply power to your device, which may cause the touch screen to malfunction. In this case, use a different, undamaged charger to prevent this issue. It’s also a good idea to avoid using the touchscreen when the device is charging.
● How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.
