Getting locked

My fone is getting locked while I'm not using.

Soo sick of it. Need urgent resolution 

I can't put fingerprint. If I put the same will happen. Its locked for 2 hrs and all.

You mean in your pocket? If yes turn on accidental Touch protection from Settings.

It's a common issue on phones without a physical proximity sensor. One jugaad is to keep the display facing outwards.. that's away from your thighs.

Nope..s20fe doesn't have a physical proximity sensor. However they included it in the s21fe.
