Galaxy S- The Problem: After updating, some devices are getting stuck on the welcome screen with an XML "Access Denied" error.
- Advice: Pause or avoid updating your phone to One UI 9.0 until Samsung releases an official fix.
- Force restart: Press and hold Volume Down + Power buttons together.
- Boot into Safe Mode: When the Samsung logo shows up, release the Power button and hold Volume Down until the phone boots into Safe Mode.
- Go completely offline: Turn on Airplane Mode and ensure Wi-Fi and Mobile Data are fully disabled.
- Restart normally: Restart your phone while staying completely offline to bypass the setup screen safely without data loss.

Galaxy SIt is just an alert; if, by bad luck, someone gets stuck with this issue, they can resolve it themselves.
