Getting battery error on smart switch while updating

Already one UI 6 update is so late in India and even my s21 does not get ota I don't know what is wrong with this **bleep**. I used to update my device with the help of smart switch and now it is showing the error battery must be charged at least 20% before upgrading the firmware what the hell is wrong with it. My battery is 100% of phone and laptop both.
