Galaxy SNavigate to and open Settings. Tap Apps, and then tap Samsung Cloud. Tap Storage, and then tap CLEAR DATA. Tap OK.
2.Navigate to Samsung Cloud settings.
Navigate to and open Settings. Tap Accounts and backup, and then tap Samsung Cloud. Tap More Options, and then tap Settings.
3.Re-sync Samsung Cloud.
Tap Sync and auto backup settings. From there, select the data you want to re-sync with Samsung Cloud. Tap Sync now to re-sync the data to Samsung Cloud.
