When I launch the photo gallery or camera, the camera changes the colors and removes reds and the photos are greyish-yellow. Once I exit the camera or gallery there is a brief moment where the screen is also affected but switches back to normal colors within a couple of seconds. When I launch the gallery or camera, it's like a filter is applied to remove the red from the screen- it gets green so the photo colors are wildly inaccurate. Very odd. Both phones are affected.

If I view the photos in Google Photos the colors remain correct, and no other apps seem to affect this. I've searched everywhere for a solution and cleared the phone system cache. Any ideas would be welcome.

Edit: I spent an hour with a Samsung tech who finally concluded I need to take BOTH phones in for service, which makes zero sense. I told them they need to fix the update.
