Today's 20 dec. Still didn't get one ui 5 update..lower range phone got the update but my s21 don't.

you can check your csc code and update logs

for csc code XAA which is usa based, no update yet. samsung steeping to lowest ever
have to switch from sam dung 💩

Settings > Software Information > Service provider software version
isme check karna bhai, kaun sa code hai, agar if its XAA, one ui 5 is not yet released,
you can check in this link about last update (last update is on sept 30 2022)

Call samsung in working timings after 9am ist in working days
1800 40 7267864 (1800 40 SAMSUNG)
and take **bleep** out of them and ask them to escalate like i did
