Galaxy buds 2

Hey there, I just ordered the galaxy buds 2 from samsung estore. The product is arrived and I used for 2 days, I feel the earbuds causing discomfort to mine ears after wearing for 15 mins. Ears are getting redness over the area, it even causing pain while wearing long time. So I just want to return the product and try to initiate a refund but unfortunately samsung didn't accepting the return, they are talking about their return policy and rejected the return process. I can't able to use these earbuds anymore. So how can I able to return this. Please provide some need

May be some kind of ear infection. Get your ears checked immediately. May be some material used for manufacturing the Buds2 are causing some infection.

I am not having problem with mine ears. I checked with stem type TWS design wearing for one hour, I'm not feels any pain, but wearing this type of galaxy buds mine ears are started hurting lot. So I decided to return. But samsung not accepting.

Try swapping out the eartips for a comfortable match. And as for the redness, it may be due to the silicon/rubber material not going well with your skin. It may take a few days for your skin to get used to it but in the meantime, treat it with the consultation of a dermatologist.

Bro, I have been using Buds 2 for the past 2 and a half years. Sometimes I used it continually for more than 2-3 hours with full volume while traveling, I even got notifications to reduce the sound, Even though It never hurt my ear. Choose ear tips wisely, don't put buds hard on to find the better fix in your ear. If the Silicone ear tips that come with the buds do not suit you then buy new rubber tips, because in Silicone tips you never feel that the buds are completely fixed or gripped your ears, there are doubts that buds can be loosened in the ear, and drop easily somewhere. but the rubber tips will give you that trust.
