Galaxy apps and play store apps not installing

Can some one help me with this issues which has been going for a very long time. My Galaxy and playstore apps are not getting installed. Error Message." Couldn't install -Verification failed " 

I have tried google samsung customer care and other sources as well but all ended In vain. 

They ask.me to do a master reset but I am.not able to take a back up of my valuable 160 GB of data.

Is there some one to help me....

Clear cache/data of both play store and Google services

Also clear cache/data of galaxy store

If that also doesn't helo u will need to backup your data and format the phone

Ohh. Because even after clearing cache and all. If you have a pendrive you can transfer your data in that...and then proceed to format. And if u want to keep your data intact best option would be to visit service center. But there is still a chnace they will format too

Did you restart your phone after clear data..if not try this and delete unwanted third party apps , and try in safe mode...
