Galaxy A8 Plus (2018) was launched with Android 7 (Nougat), so basically its not eligible to get the Android 10 update..

Galaxy A6 (2018) was launched with Android 8(Oreo), so its eligible for the Android 10 update,  Whereas Galaxy A8 Plus (2018) was launched with Android 7 (Nougat), so basically its not eligible to get the Android 10 update..  Hope you understand the logic here and dont see as a joke..
