My S24 ULTRA IS GETTING SO HOT TO TOUCH THAT TEMPRATURE OF ATHE CPU RAISES TO 65°C.

I AM USING SAMSUNG 45W CHARGER
ALSO TRIED 25W CHARGING &
BATTERY DRAIN IS TOO HIGH IN IDLE STATE TOO.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

First, you should back up all your data to your Samsung cloud. Then, you should factory reset your device.

1. What are your daily use? Please mention that.
2. Fast charging will warm your device. In any case.
3. Is your device software up to date?
4. Try factory resetting.

I've cpu z , but in thermal it shows only 3 temps;- 1.battery 2, thermal sensor 1,3 thermal sensor 2. Whereas in yours its showing a lot. What's the difference?

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, please register your concern in the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
