Hi everyone, I bought my Galaxy S23 just 15 days ago, and I’ve noticed that the upper part of the phone gets hot (not just warm) whenever I open the Camera app — even if I don’t take any photos or videos.
This happens within a few minutes, and I’m in a cold, air-conditioned environment. No other apps are running in the background.
Also, I’ve noticed that the phone heats up during normal usage too — like browsing or using social media — which I don’t think should happen with a new flagship device.
I’ve tried restarting the phone, clearing the Camera app cache, and checking for software updates, but the issue still continues.
Is anyone else facing this? Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
