Galaxy S21 5G freezes and auto restart itself

I'm facing auto restart issuein my Galaxy S21 5G. Randomly my phone freezes and auto restart the device. After the restart my phone becomes hot. Sometimes this happens several times a day and sometimes 1/2 timer per day in random usages moments. I've tried resetting my phone but still it didn't solved my issue.

Is there anyway I can fix this? or this is an hardware issue?

Yes, it's hardware issue mainly SOC (Processor) which is fixed in motherboard, so Authorised service centres mostly says "it is a motherboard issue, you need to replace new motherboard" which is costly to proceed. But local service centre will remove your phone's SOC and fix back (ReBall them). This will fix issues on your phone.

This issue is happened due to heavy usage which directly heats your mobile processor and your ram. Both are packed in POP (one above another) methodology (this is the main reason for your issue). so when ram heats it increases temperature on processor , this over heating will remove the soldering lead between the processor and motherboard hence the issue starts happen . If this continues every lead will be removed and processor connection to the motherboard will be completely disconnected and your phone will be dead. you need to reball the processor so fix this issue.

I forgot to mention that doing ReBall is not the best advice. This method may or may not work sometimes so it is better (best) to replace motherboard if you can. But if you know any certified mobile tech guy. who can do board level service then, it's worth giving a try.

I wanna know one more thing if i keep using my phone at this state without any repairs will it cause any unrepairable damage?

Yes it may, heating leads to disconnect the processor by un-soldering the leads between them. I can't tell without knowing enough whether it leads to unrepairable damage or not but surely will increase the damages in motherboard.
